Snowbird Solutions is a home watch service catering to those who leave their homes for an extended length of time. We are a small local business specializing in superior service at an affordable cost. Both Chad and Jonathan have multiple years in the residential construction field, and they plan to use that experience to ensure the continued longevity of your Lake County home.

Because of our extensive experience, we understand how your home is built, and we have the expertise for knowing what to do if things go wrong. Not only can we spot the problem, but we can also take care of it, according to your specifications.

When Problems Arise

With the threat of thunder storms and tropical weather during the summer months, trust Snowbird Solutions to watch after your home. At this most tumultuous time of the year, Snowbird Solutions is here to provide you with peace of mind. We will supply you with a copy of our checklist done at every visit, and if there happens to be an issue, you will receive a phone call from us on site. If you are unavailable, we will continue to follow up via e-mail or phone. Pictures will be taken from multiple angles, and you can choose the course of action you want to take. We can recommend maintenance services that can take care of the issue for you, or you can have us meet with your own people to open the house.

We provide a digital disk of your home and contents for insurance purposes. (Upon request) We stagger the days and times of when we come so it looks more like someone is home. We would like the opportunity to meet with you and let you see how Snowbird Solutions can truly provide you with peace of mind about leaving your Florida home
